Weeks including holiday weekends are slightly more expensive than other weeks and weeks out of the summer months are slightly less expensive.
Yes, cable is provided through the Spectrum app on Roku. The home features internet and smart televisions. Televisions can play most common applications such as Netflix, Youtube, etc. in addition to Spectrum.
Sorry...we love animals, but one of our close family members has a dander allergy. Therefore, we do have a "no pet" policy; thanks for your understanding.
While there is not a pool on the property, there are three community pools and a hot tub on the property. The first community pool is on the beach at the location of beach access; this pool has showers, a bathroom, and picnic facilities. The second and third pools are located at the club house which is less than 200 feet from the driveway; these pools are inside and outside.
Yes, there is a charcoal (Weber) grill. Charcoal is not provided; however, it is not uncommon for charcoal to be left behind :). There is a chimney to start the coals. It is against the law to use grills on decks and we encourage the use of grills outside of the home limits in the sandy area off of the underneath fun zone.
All equipment is subject to change as stuff tends to break :). Usually, there are handful of beach chairs, a couple boogie boards, a pull cart, umbrellas, bocce ball, paddle ball, a couple of rolling coolers, a couple of bikes, plus anything else donated by our friends.
We provide a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, trash bags, and dishwashing soap.
